Joan Morey is uniquely qualified to provide real estate services to both buyers and sellers. Joan literally grew up in The Wildwoods and knows Cape May County intimately. After graduating from Wildwood High School Joan went on to Elizabethtown College in PA and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Marketing. After College and as a member of the Bill Morey Family, Joan devoted her efforts to the growth and operation of the family business - Morey's Piers. It is her business background, knowledge of Cape May County and her obvious love of the Jersey Shore that now sets her above in the local real estate market. Joan has earned Broker/Sales Associate status, the coveted ABR® designation, SRES® and for 8 years consecutively has been honored with the Circle of Excellence Award® for her outstanding achievement as a REALTOR®.

Wildwood has been my home for my entire life. Cape May County is diverse and unique and I have found many opportunities to learn, explore, and develop lasting friendships. I have degrees in both hospitality and financial accounting, and both help me everyday with my real estate career.
I love working in real estate because it allows me to meet new people every day. I take time with each of my clients so I can get to know them and better serve them in their search for the perfect home. Home is an important place in all of our lives—it is a place in which we can feel safe, raise our families, and build new memories. It’s extremely meaningful to me that my role as a real estate agent allows me to help my clients create their new idea of home.
When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling to new places, learning new things, and exploring new cultures. Having been brought into the real estate business early, I look forward to the amazing opportunities ahead of me!
